Ben Warren, CFA Founder

I grew up in Leavenworth, Washington.  For college, I moved to the Boise area to attend Northwest Nazarene University where I played catcher and was team captain for the University’s baseball team. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2002.

I began working as a financial advisor in 2004 and earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation in 2011. I’m currently a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Idaho and was honored in 2014 by the Idaho Business Review as one of the Accomplished 40 Under 40 in 2014.

I’m one of the lucky people that genuinely loves what they get to do for a living. Guiding good people through critical decisions in their financial lives is the most amazing privilege.

I can’t imagine doing anything else.

Beyond work, my life is about my incredible wife and four(!) beautiful daughters, traveling to experience the amazing world we live in, and reading both for fun and to constantly improve.

Bryan Matson  Financial Advisor

I grew up in Northern California in the San Francisco bay area, and earned my Bachelor’s in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. I started my career at Tumwater in January, 2024 after moving from Austin, Texas, where I used to work at Charles Schwab. I passed CFA Level 1 in October, 2024.

In my spare time, I enjoy running races, playing chess, reading history books, and volunteering with the Knights of Columbus.

Chelayne Molck  Director of Operations

I have the honor of working closely with Ben and ensuring our clients achieve their goals.

I have worked in the financial industry since 2010. I graduated from Boise State University with two degree’s, Accounting and Human Resource Management. These two degrees aren’t often associated with one another, but I have always enjoyed numbers and working closely with people. At Tumwater, I am able to do both and feel very lucky to use my strengths to help others.

In my free time I enjoy golfing, hiking, and traveling with my husband and two children.

Aaron Molck Processor

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and have over two decades of experience in the financial industry. I have worked for two of the largest banks in America, in numerous roles which gives me a well-rounded understanding of clients’ needs and how to assist, ensuring their goals are realized.

My family has been the greatest gift in life, and I get the pleasure of working with my wife at Tumwater. My son and daughter keep me busy at home with sports, barbies and homework. If I am not at work or hanging out with the family, you can find me on a golf course or swimming in a pool.

Nancy Warren Office Manager

I have had the privilege of knowing Ben all his life – I’m his Mom.

I grew up on a farm in northern Idaho and enjoyed working with my Dad driving truck throughout the harvest seasons. When it came time to go to college, I chose Northwest Nazarene University (College at the time) in Nampa. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1972. I married a pastor in 1975 and we lived in various places throughout the Northwest. I also worked at a variety of office jobs during that time.

In 2021 Ben came and invited me to join his staff working as the Office Manager. I’m enjoying the opportunity to watch him as he assists his clients in the management of their wealth toward a more secure future.
